At Internet Cable Providers, we value your trust and strive to provide high-quality internet and cable services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or adjustments may be issued.
Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of services by contacting our customer support team at least 7 days prior to the desired cancellation date.
Any cancellation request made after the billing cycle has started will be effective at the end of that billing cycle.
Equipment provided (such as routers or cable boxes) must be returned in good condition upon service termination.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if services were not delivered as promised due to a technical fault directly attributable to Internet Cable Providers.
Partial refunds may be provided if service outages occur for extended periods (more than 72 hours) and are confirmed by our technical team.
Refunds will not be issued for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, power outages, or customer-side equipment issues.
Non-Refundable Charges
Installation fees, setup costs, and equipment activation charges are non-refundable.
Any pre-paid plans or promotional offers are non-refundable once the service has been activated.
Billing Disputes
Customers who believe they have been incorrectly billed must notify us within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
If validated, corrections or credits will be applied to the customer’s next billing cycle.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
